Stray Round of Physical Counselling for Paramedical Diploma Courses – 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has announced a Stray Round of Physical Counselling to fill vacant seats for admission to 10th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses-2024. This round aims to allocate shortfall seats and those left unfilled during the Second/Mop-Up Counselling Round.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Reporting Time:
Candidates must report to the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for registration and formalities. - Mandatory Documents:
Candidates must bring the following original documents:- Domicile Certificate
- 10th Marks Card
- Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Date of Birth Certificate (10th Marks Card/Diploma)
- Counselling Fee:
Fresh candidates must pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹1000 via POS machines available at BOPEE offices (Debit/Credit Cards only). - Participation Eligibility:
- Candidates who joined their allotted seat in earlier rounds need not attend.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 and seeking upgradation must bring the fee receipt from their current institution.
- Those who missed earlier rounds, opted for C.N.A./S.N.A., or didn’t join their allotted seats are also eligible.
- Candidates upgraded in the 2nd/Mop-Up Round are not eligible.
- Reserved Category Seats:
Initially, reserved seats will be offered to eligible candidates. If unfilled, these will convert to Open Merit (OM) as per the J&K Reservation Act, 2004. - Real-Time Seat Allotment:
Candidates should stay in the counselling venue until the process concludes. If a preferred seat becomes available during counselling, they can claim it immediately. - Important Notes:
- Seat Matrix: To be uploaded before counselling. Candidates must review it beforehand.
- The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes due to technical or unforeseen reasons.
